RULES AND REGULATIONS


  • The last day to submit the forms is 6th September 2016, shall be duly lled with stamp and signature of the Principal of the participating school only.
  • The cut-off dates for various age groups are as below:

    Under 14 Born on or after 01.01.2003 Upto Std. VIII only

    Under 16 Born on or after 01.01.2001 Upto Std. X only

  • The Tournament is an Invitational League cum Knock out Tournament.
  • Each team can register maximum of 16 players only. All the players would be allowed to play only in full football kit i.e. Football shoes, shinguards, shorts and jerseys with numbers displayed on the back.
  • The Team Manager / In Charge along with the participating team shall report to the Control Desk 45 minutes before the scheduled time of the match and shall register the name of the Team Manager / In Charge and contact No ( preferably Cell No ).
  • The participating Teams shall always interact and deal with the organizers through their respective Team Manager whose name has been registered with Control Desk. The Playing members are strictly prohibited to directly deal with the organizers.
  • The match shall be awarded as a walkover to the opposite Team, if the Team with full kit fails to report at the Control desk 30 Minutes before scheduled Match time. The duration of the matches shall be of 30 – 10 – 30 mins. for Boys under 16 The duration of the matches shall be of 25 – 10 – 25 mins.for Boys under 14. The size of the ball used would be No. 5.
  • The Winning team of the League matches would be awarded 3 points while in case the match draws both the teams would get 1 point each. The top two teams from each pool would qualify for the knock out stage. In case two teams end up with equal number of points than goals score difference will decide the winner. In case both points and goal difference is same for two teams, the team scoring more no of goals would supersede. In case all the comparision are same than there would be a tie breaker just to determine their Pool Position.
  • In the Knock Out Stage if the match ends in a draw in regulation time, no extra time shall be awarded. A Tiebreaker shall be enforced immediately after the regulation time by awarding ve penalty kicks to each Team. In case of Tie in the tiebreaker the sudden death rule shall apply.
  • Players (Students) registered under their own school will only be allowed to represent from the School Team. Any team found violating this rule will be disqualied from the tournament after making necessary investigation.
  • Only the substitute players and the permitted Team Ofcials shall be allowed to be seated on the substitute benches. The Team Supporters are strictly prohibited from entering the Technical area and shall also be not allowed to be seated on the substitute bench.
  • All protests concerning the match shall be in writing and shall be lodged with the Technical Committee along with protest fee of Rs 500/- The protest shall be lodged within 30 minutes of the end of the match. The Technical Committee shall convey the decision on the protest before the next match of the concerned teams. The decision taken on the protest by the Technical Committee shall be nal and binding. In case of the protest being decided against the protesting Team, the organizer shall appropriate the protest fee.
  • All the rules ofA.D.F.A. which is afliated to Western India FootballAssociation andA.I.F.F. will be followed. The Technical committee shall consist of The Tournament Commissioner, Shri Godwin Dick, Secretary, Ahmednagar District Football Association (ADFA), Mr.Victor Joseph, – (Shivajians Sports Club), Mr.Xavier Swamy (Shivajians Sports Club).Mr Wilson Philip (Sports Dept, Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation) and Savio Vegas (Physical Director A’nagar College) The decision of the Technical Committee shall be nal and binding on all the matters concerning the Tournament.
  • All the Football Teams and their supporters are required to maintain strict discipline and decorum in the college campus and at the venue. The organizing committee reserves the right to take serious action for any misconduct and misbehavior against the playing members of the team and against the ofcials of the team by suspending the team from further engagements and even lodge a Police complaint. The offending Team member or the supporter may also be banned and barred from entering the venue and the campus by the organizers.
  • The bad light conditions appeal if any during the match shall be made only by the Team Captain to the Center Referee. The Center Referee shall immediately stop the match and make on the spot inspection of the light conditions. In case of bad light condition appeal is rejected the Center Referee shall restart the match immediately. In case of bad light condition appeal is accepted and the match cannot be resumed, the Center Referee shall report the light condition to the Technical Committee. On the Center Referee’s report, the Technical committee shall immediately inspect the light conditions. In case the light condition is satisfactory the Technical committee shall instruct the Center Referee to restart the match. In case of light condition is found unsatisfactory the Technical committee shall order the Center Referee to stop the match till the light conditions are set right and satisfactory. The match stoppage time shall be adjusted by the Center Referee in consultation with the assistant table Referee. The decision of the Technical committee on light conditions shall be nal and binding.
  • The teams will be allowed to warm up / practice 30 minutes before the match in the ONLY area allotted by the organizers. No team will be allowed to warm up / practice on the main football Pitch. The Team shall be allowed to enter the main pitch 5 minutes before the start of the match.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to claim compensation from the participating Teams in case of intentional damage to the campus property.
  • For serious injuries during the matches the player shall be assisted to be admitted to the nearest Hospital. All the medical expenses for serious injuries shall be borne by the School Management of the effected child / student. But, any complications out of untoward incident and resulting into death/permanent injury etc to the player. The organizers Shantikumar Memorial Trust, Shivajians Sports Club, The A’nagar District Football Association nor The Ahmednagar College management will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  • A Rolling Trophy shall be awarded to the Winning Team and Runners up Team along with Certicate of Merit.
  • The participating Teams are requested to take proper care of their valuables. The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss of valuable.
  • The organizers / Technical Committee shall not entertain any appeal against this rule.
